This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the purchase of tickets and the use of services offered by ESTEREO FACTORIA SL. through the website elmoscou.com. Using this website implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Purpose of the Contract

Through this website, ESTEREO FACTORIA SL. offers users the possibility of purchasing tickets for events, as well as receiving information about activities, promotions, and services related to the El Moscou nightclub.

3. Purchase Process

To purchase tickets, the user must select the desired event and complete the checkout process via the Getnet Virtual POS (Banco Santander).

The user is responsible for verifying that all order details are correct before making payment. Once the purchase is completed, confirmation and tickets will be sent to the email address provided.

4. Prices and Taxes

All prices displayed on the website are in euros (€) and include the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT), unless otherwise indicated.

ESTEREO FACTORIA SL. reserves the right to change prices at any time; however, the rates in force at the time of purchase will always apply.

5. Payment Methods

Ticket payments are processed through the Getnet Virtual POS, which ensures transaction security.
The website does not store credit or debit card data under any circumstances. Payment processing is handled externally and securely by the collaborating bank.

6. Ticket Delivery

Purchased tickets will be automatically sent to the user’s email address once payment is confirmed.
They may also be available in the user area, where applicable. Tickets are nominative and may require presentation of an identity document at the event entrance.

7. Returns Policy

Under the applicable regulations, event tickets are non-refundable, except in the following cases:
• Event cancellation by the organizer.
• Technical error attributable to the ticketing system.
• Duplicate charge or payment error.

In the event of cancellation, ESTEREO FACTORIA SL. will issue a full refund of the ticket price within a maximum period of 14 calendar days.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 103(l) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (Spanish Consumer Law), the right of withdrawal does not apply to the purchase of tickets for leisure activities with a specific date or period of performance.

Therefore, once the purchase is confirmed, the ticket cannot be cancelled or refunded, except as provided in the previous section.

9. Event Changes or Cancellation

If the event undergoes significant changes or is postponed, purchased tickets will remain valid for the new date. If the user cannot attend, they may request a refund following the procedure communicated by ESTEREO FACTORIA SL.

10. Liability

ESTEREO FACTORIA SL. is not liable for losses or damages arising from improper use of tickets, actions by third parties, or circumstances beyond its control, such as force majeure or external technical incidents.

11. Data Protection

Personal data collected during the purchase process will be processed in accordance with ESTEREO FACTORIA SL.’s Privacy Policy, available on the website.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from their interpretation or application shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona, unless consumer regulations establish a different competent forum.

13. Updates

ESTEREO FACTORIA SL. reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions to adapt them to legislative or technical changes without prior notice.
